RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 2 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We ship to the exact address provided by the customer. We are in no way responsible for items being mailed to the incorrect address.

If an item is returned by the EMS Speed Post due to incorrect address information we will contact the buyer to obtain the correct address. Buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

WE are not responsible for delays caused by the EMS Speed Post. We have no control over your package once it has shipped.
