PROCESS
> Once payment has been received, I begin the creation process.
> Please email me 2-3 High resolution photos of your pet after placing the order on thepaperarkstudio@gmail.com
> Indicate your pet's species.
> Within 2 days of receiving your images and information, I will give you a comprehensive sketch for approval. You can make whatever changes you desire at this point, and I will work on it until you are entirely satisfied.
> Once the drawing has been approved, I will begin the final art.
> The production of the finished art takes 7 days following the drawing approval. I may show you a picture of the finished portrait before mailing it to ensure that everything is fine.

SHIPPING
The product will be paper wrapped and placed in cardboard to avoid DAMAGE. It will be then covered with a cardboard packing.
